"Fresh" wheat

Quite a few people are afraid of using recently harvested “fresh” wheat, since they think these fresh wheat can observe negative effects on the animals. What is your opinion?

1,小麥種子休眠需要時間，在未休眠前，各種代謝活動一直在繼續；
2,木聚糖等酶類確實可以發揮作用；
