中國畜牧獸醫學會動物遺傳標記學分會副秘書長（常務理事）、動物遺傳育種學會理事、江蘇省發育生物學學會理事、江蘇省畜牧獸醫學會理事。Animal Science Journal（日本）雜志編委。

目前承擔的主要項目：

主持國家自然科學基金“核移植胚組蛋白去乙酰化對基因組重序的調控”和“小鼠核移植胚DNA甲基化與“印跡”基因表達特征研究”；主持江蘇省高技術研究項目“ 結合分子標記輔助選擇加速育成新淮豬瘦肉型新品系”；主持江蘇省三項工程項目“狼山雞早期生長性能的選育提高及骨代謝調節劑骨疏康的推廣”。

獲得的主要獎勵及榮譽：
